Congress would not be able to stop this, because there would be a massive wave of public support.

After my usual slate of Monday morning meetings, I am SO onboard with the later Monday start. And with that firmly established, let's move on to bigger fish... no decaf before 2 pm... what say you?
funny you bring up the decaf thing. I drank enough coffee this morning that by noon I was all jittery and nervous. I hate that. I've got to scale it back. That coffee shop keeps giving me free refills and I keep taking them!
Moderation, guy. Gotta learn to pace yourself or you're going to be a "blur". Relax!
